If there is a discrepancy between the specific vehicle and the driver listed here for that vehicle, seek an explanation from the BTCSL despatch officer on duty and if you choose to proceed, ask to see the National ID of the driver - record the driver's Name and ID# and send it to a close relative BEFORE proceeding with the ride. If the Driver or the BTCSL despatch officer on duty resists this safety protocol, do not take the ride and notify our office via 246-428-6565.
